SHIPPING POLICY

Ready-to-ship orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Once your order has shipped, U.S. delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location and carrier.

Tracking information will be sent to the email used at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

Products marked as PRE-ORDER follow the estimated delivery timeline shown directly on the product page.

Please review the product description before purchasing a pre-order item.

If your order contains both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items are available.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent automatically to the email provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

StreetMotion is not responsible for carrier delays after a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
